One of Chad’s personal interests is birding and he often travels in the U.S. and abroad to key birding areas. Chad and Naylor & Company are proud sponsors of the Great Texas Birding Classic, which raises funds for the conservation of important habitats for migrating birds.

Inspired by his birding experiences, Chad chose the Swallow-Tailed Kite, an agile and highly successful raptor, as the logo for Naylor & Company.
